A public rating cannot predict your relief
Should a high rating settle where you go? No, because a business score can't tell what your joint needs.
Use it to check the office experience. Then ask direct medical questions.
A score reflects many kinds of visits
People may be writing about calls, parking, staff, cost, or follow-up. You usually can't tell which part shaped the final score.
The feedback may cover many services too. It doesn't show that each person came in with your kind of soreness.
Read several comments when you can. Look for plain details instead of broad praise or anger.
Keep the date and office in mind. Old feedback from another location won't tell you what a visit is like now.
